This full coverage raincoat covers the body and legs from the rain. Could also be used for snow to keep your pooch dry and warm! The size chart provides measurements, but I also provided pictures. Chest measures 20” around, and length is 17”. The hanger is also included to hang it up to dry.

@429emilyho the fabric itself is nylon, which unfortunately, does not stretch. There is elastic under the belly and on all 4 leg bottoms. I hope that helps. Hope
