Lower part is zipper at the back with the top closure having two hook and eyes. The only flaw is some beads are missing in the back around the zipper (shown). This is a gorgeous dress that is great for a winter wedding, new year's eve, or other formal event. Measurements: 16” Across the Chest 14” Across the Waist 35” Long with an 1” of sheer tulle at the bottom In my opinion, it fits slightly small with a little stretch. Compare measurements for best fit.
