I usually cut those off because they’re always coming out of your sleeves at the worst time. This dress also has “strap snaps” -try saying that 10 times! I love those & they’re oh, so fancy! 🙄 There’s one snap with a loop of string on the bottom of each shoulder strap. You just place your bra strap in on each side & snap them in place. Those are lifesavers. Very clever.
