After doing some research and having conversation with Poshmark, there will be more to come in the near future. AI technology is moving faster than policy in many cases. While there are many different platforms that currently provide models to wear clothing that you download the picture of, I have just added the policy from Canva above. I have been made aware of listings being taken down off of Posh that were AI generated with the reason being of using a stock photo. They were not stock photos from the company Some platforms currently are developing or have developed policy that states AI usage must be disclosed. Poshmark is in the process of formulating a policy for both image and descriptions. This listing is to make you aware of the issue. I will keep you posted, and also keep a look out for Posh to make the AI policy in the near future. In the meantime, I would recommend that you add a statement to your listing that says the photo was AI generated, be sure and add photos of the actual item not on a model. DO NOT add an AI generated statement to the actual photo as adding words to a covershot can make the listing not be shared to Google for featured ads. maximumfashion Posh has AI .. so I do not see how that would be a thing == you are using your own photo and creating a creative art from a service that you pay for. The 2023 law try was not put in place. Now, someones item taken down for stock photo- then a redo or something shoudl be easy enough or an appeal... although who wants to borrow trouble? Many people are reported for stuff that they have to appeal sometimes competitor driven. Posh is years behind to control. JMO

peatandrepeat @maximumfashion Canva and many programs now have where you can take a picture of an item and the program puts it on a model, so it looks like a stock photos. Technology is crazy! It is going to be interesting to see how it all plays out.
