capecsteph @bre55555 Yes, they are 100% cotton. I will check the waist measurement. Laying flat straight across? They are a true size 26 and are high-waited. They stretch a bit with wear.

capecsteph @bre55555 and sorry-- these are NOT 100% cotton. They are medium denim with stretch. But they are NOT super stretchy. I had to double-check because they are heavier denim.
