AGB blue and white floral dress sz 16

AGB blue and white floral dress is ruched to be very flattering. I'm 5'6" and it hit me a few inches below the knee. Laid flat, measurements are: 17.5" underbust (empire waist) 20" at fullest part of the hips, 19" in pit to pit, but the best way I can describe the size of the top is that I'm a 40 DDD and I'm about 2" from zipping up the top two inches. I can estimate that the bust is 42" at most. Smoke free home with cats.
