Condition: Lantern is in excellent shape, outer box has some minor wear. Absolutely no corrosion found. Item is UNTESTED, as no batteries to complete this action. Does not include batteries (x2 6 volt). New in open box, removed only for pictures. Product for sale in as-is condition, as bulbs / lantern cannot be guaranteed to work given its age, but what an incredible display piece! Box length is approximately 13", lantern fits snugly end to end inside. This listing is for a vintage (late 60s, early 70s) Ashflash Discoverer II fluorescent lantern as shown. This lantern operates on two 6 volt lantern batteries with spring terminals. It is in the original box and includes operating instructions.
