This vintage vinyl LP from 1975 has been • CLEANED & PLAY-GRADED 👍 VG+/VG+ 'Toys in the Attic' is the third studio album by American rock band Aerosmith, released on April 8, 1975, by Columbia Records. "We had just come off the road from a lot of touring, the creative juices were flowing, we were like a well-oiled machine," the band would later recall. Contemporary reviews were mixed, but the album would eventually peak at #11 on the US Billboard 200 chart. Released as a single, 'Sweet Emotion' became a minor hit on the Billboard Hot 100 reaching #36 and 'Walk This Way' took a long stroll to eventually peak at #10 on the Hot 100. Both songs remain staple tracks on classic rock radio and streaming platform playlists, as well as Aerosmiths' live performances. 'Toys in the Attic' is the bands' most successful studio LP in the United States, becoming certified 9× Platinum by the RIAA. It has been included on several editions of Rolling Stone magazines' list of "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time." The albums' title track and their collaboration with Run-DMC on a cover version of 'Walk This Way' are included on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame list of the "500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll".
