AEO party dress

Delicate and with subtle features, this is a beautiful winter party dress. Slight Chevron pattern on the bust, in a faux velvet material, with a full skirt, adjustable straps, and tulle detail on the hem of the skirt. Very dark blue, like a midnight blue. Hits at my knees and I'm 5'7. It's a 10, but fits more like an 8. Make me an offer! Questions welcomed. Non-smoking household. All items are described to the best of my ability.
