Hi Joanna, Thank you for your interest in this item. I just measured it and it's 29" from the top of the back collar to the bottom of the back hem at it's lowest point. You'll see from the pictures that it's a rounded hem. The front hem is straight across and it's 2" shorter than the back hem at it's lowest dip. I hope this helps.
