ADD book. Driven To Distraction

Well, I can say that this book definitely changed my life. Always knowing that something was different, when I was 35, a friend recommended this book, it had helped her husband. I read it in the car outside of the bookstore and cried. Any books by these two authors are good, but especially this one. Deals with ADD for adults and kids.
