akrames @rmink1119 Hello! The waist measurement on this dress is 13” across. The material is stretchy but not as stretchy as the other Aday dress I currently have listed in my closet. This dress is pretty TTS, but because of the wrap style it can probably work for a range of sizes. It can also be worn with the wrap in the front OR in the back, so if the wrap is not comfortable in the front it can always be used as a tighter (if dress is too big) or wider (if too small) tie in the back.
