The leg opening is a little wider than the knee, and would either be classified as boot cut, or a mini flare since it’s about 1 1/2 inch wider than the knee, and a total of 9.75 inches at the hem. approximate 9.5 inch rise with a 30 inch inseam and 13 inches straight across the waist. The tax size is a nine however based on the waist size it is closer to a modern size 4 IMO so I would double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you.. Approximately 17 inches straight across the waist.
