➖How Deer, IVIE came to be➖ I never really considered myself crafty- EVER! But, coming from 2 extremely talented parents I knew there had to be something in there…… I had to try, experiment, and create. My mom always told me “you can’t do it if you don’t try!” So I figure I would create something that I really enjoy – Jewelry, especially necklaces (never leave the house without one) Deer’s (Blame Bambi) Patterns, Put them all together BOOM! ______________________________________________________ ➖What inspires me in my jewelry making➖ Well, being a mom I’m sure any parent can agree that their little ones inspire them to do anything, to keep giving, to keep working…to keep going, to be the best you can be. Showing them that you CAN do anything! My oldest is soaking in everything that I do. She watches me while I make these unique pieces and looks up at me and says “oh, I wish I could do that mommy” I said, “you can!” And what do you know, she made the most beautiful antler necklace that she is so proud of and wears it every day. So, this little journey is like a letter to my girls: Dear IVIE (IVory + SadIE) ______________________________________________________ ➖Also, I cannot forget my mother. She is the best mother, wife, cook, artist, and total beauty all in one. I am constantly trying to make sure I am half the mom to my girls, as she was to her children.
