selinah @chapparitasol the boxes were very damaged and they were marked as new. The edges were scrunched up and scratched, the inside packing was crinkled, and one of the boxes slip cover was ripped. I bought both as gifts so that was already a HUGE disappointment. Too embarrassing to pass off as a decent Christmas gift. When I finally tested them tonight they give so much static. The free iPhone headphones are much better quality. And I have a pair of plain old "MTV" headphones from Ross that are same in style, comfort, sound much better and cost me 1/3 the price. Hopefully you're experience is better if you already bought but it seems like she has been a dishonest seller...
