Black velvet, very stretchy but in a compression type way. No front pockets, functional back pockets, high rise super skinny pants. Only worn a couple times, do not fit me. Purchased around 2012, so OG American Apparel! Any questions just ask! Rise: 11” Waist: 11” (unstretched/relaxed) Inseam: 30” All measurements taken flat and are approximate.
