I got this dress custom made and it was hand made it can still be fitted. I wore it to my engagement and my sisters wedding. The sleeves are about 3 inches below the elbow. The dress is burgundy purple with mostly gold and light silver work on it it’s all beaded hand stitched. Price is negotiable
