A formal dress (to a prom like occasion)

Only worn once and we had it dry cleaned! There's a beautiful silver pins inching the top, the bra part, together. Top strands go around the neck. One side is longer, the shorter side cuts in half to show a little leg if you look closely. Ruffles at the bottom. A solid turquoise color everywhere on the dress. Shows the upper back.
