A cute flowy skirt with a polka dot-like pattern!

This skirt is very flattering, gives the illusion of a waist and a booty. Lol it has a pattern similar to polka dots but not quite, which makes it unique. I purchased it at pacsun a long time ago but i've only worn it twice because it's too small on me, which stinks because i love it!
