Has 7 buttons down the front that snap closed with lavender covered material on the snaps. Has a collar. Sleeves that can roll up and attach to a fastener if wanted. The blouse looks hand painted as the colors are so vivid. Looks like a water color. I paid $120 for it and have worn it once.
