This is a nice Simply Vera velvet burnout top with a blueish purple metallic color. This piece is a long sleeved tunic style with a rounded neckline. It does have some fraying around the shear trim at the bottom. But that just makes it look more grungy. The rest of the blouse appears to be in nice pre-owned condition.
