A Shell Resin Beaded Women's Necklace Green Speckled Boho Beachy Cottage Core

This is an interesting piece and I got many different answers when I googled it. These beads all feel like stone to me, but they are possibly made with pieces of mother-of-pearl shell in some kind of resin. There probably are not many out there like it. This has some flat discs and some oval discs and each are separated by a black faceted bead. It has a toggle clasp that is possibly marked, but I can't read it.
