A Puppy Dog Pattern Satchel Purse Frilly Top Handle Beaded Quilted

This is a cute puppy purse that might be handmade. I'm not finding any tags. Someone carried perfume in it though. This piece has a magnetic closure on the top, plastic handles, a fringy beaded front and a quilted back. The front and inside both have the dog pattern on it. Inside there are two media type pockets on the back, one of them has a ceramic bone bead on it. It is about 13.5" wide and 8.5" tall. It is in very nice pre-owned condition.
