This limited edition pewter Norwegian Julen or Christmas plate, titled "Christmas Day" is dated 1978 and was designed by Astri Holthe. It is the 6th in the Christmas plate collection. It features an intricate embossed scene of country church and a road full of people on their way to church. The back of the plate has the artist's engraved signature, the words "Pewter Norway" and is numbered 1889. The plate is in very good condition. There are some scratches on the back from being displayed. The front of the plate also has a few scratches. Pictures are of the item you will receive. This plate comes with its original box, an information pamphlet, its original tags including the artist's tag, and a circular insert to hold the plate in place.
