A Flipped Wilton Plate Collectible Pewter Metalware-Decoupaged wi/Transfers

This is repurposed Wilton Plate Collectible Pewter Metalware plate. It does have a makers mark on the bottom although it is very hard to see. It has an recipe page decoupaged on it with two label transfers and some some flowers. It is sealed with a polycrylic finish. It is not food safe or dishwasher safe. It is a decorative piece that you could hang or place in a plate holder. (Hanger Plate Holder not included) It measures 10.5" in diameter.
