bigdee5350 Sorry the the delay...very sick puppy. 12 inches length at longest point then tapers up ending at 11 inches on the top. Outside pocket is 10 inches long and tapers to 9 inches. Outside earth brown. Inside lining is very pretty dark dusty rose? The long strap is adjustable and can be removed. The short strap is not adjustable. Hope that helps
