A Ceramic Wall Plaque w/Rope. Teal, Chartreuse with Orange Balls at 4 Corners.

I think this has been thru a fire. The card on the back (see pictures) is burnt however the wall plaque is so hopeful and optimistic thst I had to get it. It has a little chip on the left side that I noticed when I was taking the pictures but certainly doesn’t take away from the overall look of the plaque. The colors are clear and vivid. The orange balls are very shiny. It is a very nice piece of handmade ceramic pottery.
