The top of the handle is covered in varnished leather for easier carrying or holding. On each side of the handle is a semi open welded on hook for whatever you need it for (most likely hanging - 4 hooks in total). The green metal bars are spaced 1 inch apart on all 4 sides & on the bottom of the basket.
