$998 Lafayette 148 New York shiny black belted tiered midi dress pleated xs/s

Stunning dress in gorgeous black shiny almost silky fabric. Originally retailed for $998 at saks. Came with belt. I took off the belt loops so i can wear the dress with and without the belt. I do love the flowy feel. This dress was worn once! No damages. I only removed the loops. Theres a faint mark from putting it on.
