5.0 out of 5 stars Simple But Profound I picked this up at a stationery store because it caught my attention and ended up purchasing it. This book would make a wonderful coffee table book or a great gift to just about anyone as well. The dust cover is a beautiful sheet of printed vellum with a glossy backside (you can't tell this unless you take it off) to give it support. It has a bound-in ribbon bookmark to keep your place. As for the content, if you're looking for a book with lavish suggestions of things to do, this book is not for you. However, if you're looking for a book with simple suggestions that you can actually accomplish "When You Have The Time," this is a great read. Each suggestion is printed on one to two pages, many with some accompanying doodled artwork. The printing isn't scrolling or opulent either, but has the appearance of being handwritten, as if you'd sat down and written it out yourself. It really gives a more meaningful, insightful thoughtfulness to the content. The suggestions range from simple observations to things we neglect to do during the day to day to social interactions to trying something new. The one universal theme throughout is really just to slow down and take some time.
