925 Sterling Silver Lapis Inlay Ring Sz 8 and Matching Hinge-post Hoop Earrings

Dainty Southwestern style earring and ring set. Very beautifully crafted and in good condition. - Ring is a size 8. - There is a maker’s mark (?) on the earrings but I can’t make it out or be certain that’s what it is. It looks like P O. or . O d and it almost looks hand engraved. These are stamped 925 but no country of origin given.
