deanna_mason hi, I bought a couple nose rings from you, one was moonstone and the other turquoise. they are absolutely gorgeous, work perfectly and have no problems with them. I also ordered an ear cuff which doesn't want to stay on real well, but I just put it on occasionally. I did buy a hoop with silver pieces wrapped around it for the upper ear, and I have had some problems keeping, and or putting it in.

deanna_mason either one I received it or on your comment explanation it said to twist and not to pull it apart I've had this piercing since I've been 18 years old so there's not a problem there. I'm not saying there's a problem with your product either I just don't know what I'm doing wrong because when I put a straight prong type and it's fine but it hits the back of my head when I sleep. I'm going to look for something more on that line because it seems a little bit easier but I really like the hoop a lot.
