.925 Diamond Accent Ring

This is a gold over .925 sterling silver ring. A size 6 or just slightly under. Two diamond accents. Gold plated silver - not sure what % it is but a lot of my late mother's gold plated was 14k and 18k but I don't know if I have more information on this ring.
