90s/Y2K‎ Black Miniskirt

This skirt is in fantastic condition! The only flaw is that the tags have been cut out. I am a size 4/6 and have a 27 inch waist and this fit very nicely just below my natural waist. It does have a small bit of stretch, so if you'd like it very tight, it may fit as an 8, but please do see the measurements. Waist laid flat 13.75 inches Hip 18.5 inches Total length 18 inches There is a 4.5 inch slit on the left thigh. fabric seems to be a light faux suede, soft feel.
