90s vintage, high waisted, plaid mini skirt

This adorable mini skirt by express is the perfect embodiment of a 90s grunge take on the preppy look. Think Cher from Clueless if she had a bit more edge. High waisted, form fitting skirt with an adorable red check pattern all over. This hits about mid thigh and is super flattering. In excellent vintage condition but has had previous wear.
