Amazing 90’s vintage high waist black and white denim mini skirt. Made by Palmetto’s. Thr tag was removed so they could be washed but these are deadstock! Tagged a size 10 but it runs a lot smaller. The color is slightly faded due to age but otherwise it’s in great shape. Waist: 12” Hips: 17” Length: 16”
