90s vintage red and white floral midi dress. It has a ruffled strap on one side and a skinny strap on the other. It has a 7” slit on the left side. Made by City Triangles in the USA. Tagged a size small. It could use a steam but otherwise it’s in great condition! Pit to pit: 29”-34” Length: 37”
