90s set, mini crossbody bag & belt, handmade, signed L. O’Neill Design

Vintage bag and belt set. Handmade and signed by L. O’Neill Design in 1990. The black fabric has a diamond pattern woven in with dots of silver embroidery. The purse closes with a snap. The strap is 41.5” long. The belt buckle is metal covered with metallic fabric. The mannequin has a 26” waist. Belt’s fabric length is 40” and it’s 2 3/8” wide. In excellent vintage condition. No stains or tears. From a smoke free and pet free home.
