90s colorful button up romper

Colorful and cute funky vintage 90s button up romper, back ties for a more fitted look, would fit size medium/ small large best imo 🌼 a little wrinkled but high quality 90s material, pleated shorts, the pattern makes me so happy, buttons are pink none missing from what I can see. Medium for loose flowy fit with and large for tighter fit imo measurements taken flat: pit-to-pit: 17” waist: 13” - 16” hips: 20” widest part at the bottom of shorts: 33” length from shoulder to hem: 34” tiny hole in the back as seen in slide 3
