90s Zip-Up Top

Vintage 90s zip-up black and silver vest top. Super cute! Just doesn't fit me right. Brand is Danielle B. 100% polyester, machine washable, made in USA. Tagged size S modeled on a S/M 34B 5'5". When zipped, it feels too tight on my 29" waist, and too big on my bust. Would recommend for a bigger bust than 34B. Check out measurements for a better idea of fit.
