90s ZZ Top White‎ Tank

This cool shirt has some flaws but has lots of life left in it. It has had an oxiclean soak so I have attempted to remove any stains shown. There is particular discoloration at the neck and on the back, likely it was stored improperly and picked up color from another garment.
