90s Y2K Lime Green & White Floral Botanical Cropped Length Capri Pants

Bright neon lime green and white botanical floral pattern pants. Light weight cargo ripstop like fabric, not stretchy at all, 100% Cotton. Color may differ from pictures due to light and screen color. Adjustable cropped length with drawstring tie sinchers on each pant leg. Low or mid rise. Usable pockets front and back. Amazing condition, only worn a couple of times. Never put in dryer. These were mine in middle school. There is a pen mark on front of one leg about the size of a quarter or slightly smaller. Shown in last pic, not super noticeable when worn. Tagged as a size 0, see measurements below for better idea of fit. They are not stretchy.
