This is a gorgeous 1990s vintage mini dress! Made by CDC petites, it’s made of a red rayon with small white polka dots and little flowers. The dress has straps that criss cross in the back and button with pearlescent buttons. The dress has a fitted bodice with a flared skirt that has multiple layers.
