90s vintage dress by Bibbo, still brand new with the tags on! Black velvet with brown leaf print base and cowl neckline. Sheer black mesh at the neck, back, and bottom hem with velour leaf print on top. The mesh creates a high square neckline then has the velvet cowl laying on top.
