90s Vintage Military Style Jacket with Metallic Banded Collar

This 90s jacket by Jones New York is so cool! Military inspired, it is single breasted with buttons down the front that say the welsh regiment. It has metallic striped banding in green and gold on the wrists and mandarin collar. Two front flap pockets. Marked a size 6 with measurements in photos.
