90’s Vintage Black Velour Maxi Dress Criss Cross Back Straps Festival Dress

This is such an amazing authentic vintage find, it will be cross posted on DePop and not going to sell for too cheap because it’s in excellent vintage condition with no flaws I can see. I’m just not keeping because it’s too big for me. Fits true to size for a medium and is stretchy, so maybe a smaller size large could make it work too.
