90’s Velvet Cropped Black Long Sleeve Back Button Down Feather Detail Top LG

Unique 90’s find in excellent condition no rips/stains I believe it had shoulder pads that were taken out at some point and I believe it was part of a set but I only have the top. It’s a velvet top and the buttons are supposed to be all along the back but you can probably wear it either way. Buttons have a feather detail on all of them and they do all open and close! (Loop buttons) Shorter waist so more cropped I’d size this as a large or a medium depending on bust. Make sure you measure!
