90’s Totes Weatherproof Jacket

This jacket is super cute (length goes to above my knees, 5’2 for reference) It has zippers, buttons, and a string mid section to tighten it more around waist. Also has shoulder pads! One Button missing (shown in last picture) 100% polyester on outside 100% Nylon inside
