90s Silk Mermaid Dress

Vintage late 80s early 90s turquoise silk cocktail dress Totally has mermaid vibes from the color to the beautiful skirt portion Should hit a little about the ankles A bit big on my mannequin but I put it on her anyway to give an idea (I do have it clothes pinned back to form fit her a little better ) Beautiful condition—- a few super faint spots ( some in the chest key hole and on one shoulder … a few on the bottom side on one leg and one of the back to the side. All super small and super faint —- shown in photos after the measurements) Turquoise blue Bahamas water mermaid color !
