90’s Puff Paint Vintage 3/4 Length Red T-shirt

This was very popular in my town in the early 90’s. A printed design on cotton fabric is fussy cut then adhered with wonder under onto a t-shirt or sweatshirt, is ironed on then edges finished with puff fabric paint. Hand wash cold Gentle detergent The washing machine would tear this up.
